In her role as a Bid Specialist, she harnesses her blend of skills across bid writing, bid coordination and document production to write compelling proposals and ensure her responses look sharp on every page. Lara holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and Sports Management, which has shaped the way she builds and maintains rapport, especially when coordinating all aspects of the bid process with her team.

Lara is the definition of persistent, with her ability to confidently extract and condense key information to all audiences delivering tenders that go beyond compliance. She has worked on various projects across the IT, professional services, infrastructure, and defence sectors. Notable projects Lara has worked on include John Laing WSA (Bradfield Metro Consortium), CPB – North Queensland Mid – Term Refresh and Hatch SRLA P&D Panel, who was successfully appointed to 14 of the categories and beat 135 companies that responded.
