Jason is a natural, inquisitive, and curious leader. During his 28 years of military service – the last 7 as a Regimental Sergeant Major – Jason has worked with men and women with many diverse backgrounds and capabilities.  

As Aurora Marketing’s Performance and Organisational Leadership Coach (Defence Lead), Jason supports clients through the battlefield of the tender process. As an expert in leadership and training, Jason has developed intensive programs in teaming to win, focusing on collective and individual leadership skills to help organisations forge co-operative teams and improve winning outcomes. Jason has also developed our Leadership in Focus program to inform and upskill leaders outside of the tender process. This program develops and encourages leaders to be better communicators, skilled in tackling difficult conversations as well as learning to be accountable.

Jason is also a passionate mentor, supporting individuals to grow into positions of responsibility and authority. Jason is proud to have co-led 450 front-line soldiers and millions’ worth of equipment into Iraq. His numerous active service experiences required complex problem solving to meet immense challenges, all with consideration and composure. Through his instructional and mentoring roles, Jason has developed methods and strategies to lead effectively, mentor, train, and educate.
