She thrives on teamwork and collaboration, creating a strong team morale that is maintained throughout all engagements. Claudia has developed the ability to be completely in sync with the flow of a tender, anticipating the needs of each project, whilst perfecting the overall bid winning strategy that drives the entire project.

Her infectious high energy and passion for creating transformative content, allows her to align a team that works to the strengths of everyone, while focussing on their shared goal of producing a bid winning submission. As milestones are met, Claudia reports the progress to the bid leadership team, keeping the communication flowing throughout the entirety of the project. She is the lead editor across deliverables, which includes facilitating the content analysis sessions and coordinating the review teams.
