As a Bid Specialist, Chen is an expert in all aspects of tendering, advanced document production, coordination, and writing. He works closely with his content leads to understand the end client’s objectives, risks, and opportunities to write the most targeted, compelling and persuasive responses. Chen actively participates in content planning sessions and review workshops, ensuring he and his content leads know exactly what needs to be done, by when, and who is doing it.

Hailing from a background in scientific and medical research, Chen has a broad portfolio of writing capability including research papers, white papers, patent applications, grant applications and operational documents including management plans, operations manuals, training manuals, user guides and even licencing agreements. Throughout his time with Aurora Marketing Chen has worked across multiple industries, specialising in transport and professional services.
